Energy of the Future.
Efficiency as an Art.
We create solutions in energy efficiency, sustainable energy sources,
and smart technologies.
Smartee offers clients not just equipment but also financing and operational tools, including various models of energy service contracts (ESCO, BOO, BOOT). This approach is especially beneficial for businesses: we conduct audits, identify savings opportunities, and implement the necessary systems, and the client pays for the implementation using the saved funds.
We support the project at all stages to ensure that the implementation of energy-efficient solutions is convenient and cost-effective. Our scope of responsibility includes:
  • turnkey construction,
  • arrangement of all necessary permits,
  • financing of capital expenditures,
  • operation of the asset during both the warranty and post-warranty periods.
We finance and operate projects in various configurations such as:
Power as a Service
Heat as a Service
Water as a Service
Energy efficiency as a Service
Technologies
Gas Engine Power Plants
Heat Pumps and Chillers
Photovoltaic Systems and Lithium Energy Storage
Wastewater Treatment and Water Purification
Projects
Rotor Gas Engine Power Plant
The project is aimed at improving the reliability of power supply at the load node, reducing energy flows, increasing autonomy, lowering heat supply costs, and enhancing environmental performance at the location.
Jal Gas Engine Power Plant
The implementation of the project demonstrates the investor’s commitment to selecting high-quality equipment with exceptional reliability, efficiency, and environmental performance.
Rotor Gas Engine Power Plant
The project involves the conversion of an existing boiler house into a 4 MW mini-CHP plant by adding gas engine units operating in heat recovery mode. The technical solution includes two 2 MW gas engine units manufactured by Rolls-Royce in containerized design. The containerization and turnkey implementation of the project are carried out by Rolls-Royce's official exclusive partner in Central Asian countries, IEC Energy, Germany, an authorized system integrator and service provider with over 20 years of experience in decentralized small-scale generation projects. Rolls-Royce units were chosen for their high efficiency, best-in-class reliability, and lowest total cost of ownership among all leading global manufacturers.
The units operate stably without power reduction at ambient temperatures up to 40 °C, which is crucial for countries with hot climates. They also offer the longest time to major overhaul among gas engine leaders, amounting to 84,000 operating hours. IEC Energy ensures technological integration with electrical and thermal networks, as well as comprehensive solutions for automation, dispatching, and asset monitoring. The power delivery scheme to the national grid operator JSC NESC is organized at 10 kV via an integrated switchgear in containerized design.
The project includes a small photovoltaic station in the form of a carport to cover the internal needs of the cogeneration units, enabling project hybridization and reducing environmental impact. The heat recovery system features deep flue gas cooling through a hot water recovery boiler with enhanced heat exchange surfaces, achieving an overall efficiency of more than 92%. The thermal capacity of the asset is 4 Gcal/h, selected based on the hot water demand of the grid district.
A long-term service contract for 10 years of operation before major overhaul ensures rapid response time, availability of spare parts stock, business predictability due to cost stability, and precise cost control. The level of automation allows the power plant to operate in fully automatic mode without on-site personnel.
